This is an English translation of our privacy policy; the Danish version is the original and applies if the two differ.
1. Data controller
PayTjek ApS
CVR no.: 45739465
Rosenborggade 7, st. 3, 1130 København K
Email: kontakt@paytjek.io
2. What information do we collect?
When you fill in one of our forms (book a demo or the rate change alert), we collect the information you enter:
- Name
- Email address
- Organisation
- Where you are from (e.g. a trade union or a payroll bureau)
- The collective agreements you want to be notified about (rate change alert)
- The content of your message
Along with the form, we also send the page you sent it from.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process your information for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and, where relevant, booking a meeting. The legal basis for the processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or steps taken prior to entering into a contract) and our legitimate interest in communicating with potential partners.
If you sign up for the rate change alert, we use your email only to notify you of upcoming rate changes. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time by replying to one of our emails or writing to kontakt@paytjek.io.
4. Third parties and data processors
We use Web3Forms (web3forms.com) to receive form submissions and forward them to our email. Web3Forms processes your information on our behalf and is bound by a data processing agreement. Data is transmitted encrypted and is not stored permanently by Web3Forms.
The site is hosted by Vercel (vercel.com). As with all web hosting, Vercel processes technically necessary information, such as your IP address, when the pages and the platform video are sent to your browser.
The fonts are on our own server, so your browser does not fetch them from third parties.
We do not disclose your personal data to other third parties without your consent, unless we are legally required to do so.
5. Retention
Your information is kept for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry, and for up to 2 years after that in case of follow-up. The information is then deleted.
6. Cookies and visitor statistics
Paytjek.io does not set any cookies.
We measure visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies either. A visit is recognised only by an anonymous ID, which is generated from the request and deleted after 24 hours. We only see aggregate figures: which pages are visited, which page the visit came from, country, and the type of device and browser.
7. Your rights
You have the following rights under the GDPR:
- Access – you can find out what information we process about you
- Rectification – you can have incorrect information corrected
- Erasure – you can request that your information be deleted
- Restriction – you can request that the processing be restricted
- Objection – you can object to the processing
- Data portability – you can receive your information in a structured format
To exercise your rights, contact us at kontakt@paytjek.io.
8. Complaints
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet) if you believe that we process your personal data in breach of the GDPR. Read more at datatilsynet.dk.
