PayTjek was founded by Theis Veddinge and Anton Andersson. We check every line of the payslip against the Danish collective agreement and Danish law, and show the clause, the quote and the amount in kroner.

We make the collective agreement verifiable: for the employee, the trade union, the payroll bureau and the employer.
The collective agreement is one of the most negotiated documents in Denmark. The parties spend months on fractions of a krone and percentage points. Once it is signed, nobody systematically checks whether it is followed on the payslip. PayTjek does: every line gets an assessment with the clause, a verbatim quote and the amount in kroner.

Former Data Science Consultant at CGI and AI Instructor. Built PayTjek's rule engine and technical infrastructure from the ground up. Responsible for product strategy, system architecture and the method where AI reads the collective agreement and maths calculates the pay.

The principles that guide every technical and commercial choice we make.
We calculate, and show why. AI reads the collective agreement, but no language model calculates the pay. If we are missing a document, we say which one instead of guessing.
We read the pay, not the person. The CPR number (Danish personal ID number) is stored only as a one-way hash, and every sub-processor is listed with country and purpose on Security. Personal data is removed before the payslip is read.
Clause, verbatim quote and version stamp on every assessment. The same payslip gives the same answer, byte for byte. For the employee, the trade union, the payroll bureau and the employer.
