//For trade unions
The union consultant uploads the contract and two years of payslips. PayTjek assesses every line against the Danish collective agreement, with clause and amount, and combines the claim for the whole period. The consultant decides; PayTjek does the groundwork. So far: over DKK 100,000 in errors found.
//How a case runs
Union consultants at a large Danish trade union run real member cases in PayTjek today.
//See it in use
See the whole case in 73 seconds in the Consultant Tool, from new case to the letter to the employer. The check itself takes about 75 seconds: about 3 seconds per payslip.
//What the consultant gets

The Consultant Tool, in Danish, with a synthetic apprentice case: 25 payslips, August 2024–August 2026. Logos and the union's name have been removed.
With the clause, a verbatim quote, and the amount paid and expected. No line is hidden: every line is either checked, or it says what we are missing.
The back pay per error, ready for the letter to the employer.
Time records, school periods or a local agreement. So the consultant knows what the member needs to find. Zero guesswork: if we are missing a document, we say which one.
Step changes, rate adjustments, retroactive adjustments and changes of agreement are tracked month by month. Out comes one combined claim.
Give us 20 closed cases. We run them blind and put our findings next to the consultant's. We might find something you didn't get to.
Cases where the consultant has already done the work and knows the outcome.
PayTjek sees only the documents, not the consultant's conclusion.
Every deviation with clause and amount, set next to the consultant's findings. So you can see for yourselves where we agree and where we don't.

No. The Consultant Tool is used only by your union consultants.
No. The consultant has the final say. PayTjek does the groundwork: an assessment per line, a claim statement and a list of what is missing. Unclear cases go to a consultant.
Six Danish areas: Industry including apprentices, Retail, Commerce, IT, Nurses and Social and healthcare workers (SOSU). Plus Danish pay legislation: ATP, labour market contribution (AM-bidrag), income tax (A-skat) and holiday pay. All six have been run on real payslips. Nurses, SOSU, Commerce and IT have also been tested on synthetic test sets with planted errors. Is your collective agreement missing? We build it for your pilot. See the collective agreements (in Danish)
Yes, under the Industry agreement (Industriens Overenskomst): apprentice rate per step, step changes, pay during school periods, pension, free choice account and rate changes. If we are missing the school periods, the line gets "Awaiting document", and we say which document is missing.
That works. PayTjek also reads scanned payslips. If a document cannot be read, the report says so, and the rest of the case carries on.
All data is stored in the EU with European and Danish cloud providers. The sub-processors are listed with country and purpose on Security.
